TRADING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Products
All products are described as accurately as possible with every effort being made to ensure that photography depicts colours and finishes as realistically as possible. However, there may be some slight variation in dimensions, weights and we cannot guarantee colours will appear exactly the same on all media.

Each product is sold as a single item, even if there is more than one item featured in a photograph.

If an item is out of stock you will be unable to purchase that item until it is in stock again.

An estimate of the in stock date will be shown in the description.

Prices
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT at 20%.  Delivery is charged separately and will be added to your order at checkout.
We may change the price of any item at any time without prior notice.

Delivery
We're looking at worldwide delivery, but for now, for the purposes of automation, delivery is currently only to the UK. Delivery may be possible elsewhere and please contact us for a delivery quote.

Delivery is based on order value:
Orders of total value up to £100, delivery is £4.95
Orders of total value over £100 and up to £200, delivery is £9.95
Orders of total value over £200 and up to £650, delivery is £14.95
Orders of total value over £650, delivery is £19.95

We aim to dispatch your purchase within two working days of your order being placed.

For smaller orders we use Royal Mail Special Delivery and for larger orders DHL.
Both of these services aim to deliver next working day so you can expect to receive your items within 5 days of your order being placed.

If you require your items sooner, please contact us as we may be able to get your items to you more quickly.

Returns & Refunds
We're confident that you will be overjoyed with your purchase from Bromley&Bromley!

Please be aware when you purchase from us, that we are a small Art Studio, not a large e-commerce site, and don't currently offer refunds. However, if you have any issues with your order that you would like to discuss, please simply email or phone and we will try to find a solution together.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been posted out to you, then please confirm this by email or phone as soon as possible. If you've caught us before we get to the post office, we will reimburse you the total cost, including post and packing, within 30 days.

Damaged / Faulty Items
Of course, in the unlikely event that any of your items have been damaged in transit or are faulty, your statutory rights apply. Please contact us immediately (within 3 days of the delivery or the fault developing) by email, returns@bromleyandbromley.com or by phone so that we can arrange a replacement, refund or repair with you. It's often helpful to see a photograph of the damaged item and its packaging too.
